Delivery Information

 

Please do not leave Bank Holiday Drinks shopping to the last minute.

Please note that some of our deliveries come directly from the producers. We will clarify this with “Fulfilled by (supplier name)” on the product page. In such cases, if you have ordered multiple items, they may arrive in more than one delivery. If you have any queries about them, please email us on [email protected] and we will get back to you within 24 hrs.

 

Normal Delivery details

• Our warehouses are open Monday to Friday 9 to 5pm.

• Our warehouses will be closed on Bank Holidays and Weekends.

• Unfortunately, we do not deliver to any countries outside of the UK. If the delivery address is outside of England, Wales & Parts of Scotland, it may take longer for your parcel to arrive.

• England, Wales & Parts of Scotland – All orders over £60 are delivered free of charge.

• England, Wales & Parts of Scotland – All orders of less than £60, we charge a flat delivery fee of £6.99.

• Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight – All orders over £100 are delivered free of charge.

• Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight – All orders of less than £100, we charge a flat delivery fee of £20.

• We dispatch all orders placed before 1pm the same working day. We use national couriers to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible, this means that in most cases, drinks that are ordered before 1PM Monday to Thursday will arrive with you the following working day.

• Orders made on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered by next working Monday – Wednesday the following week.

• As a general rule of thumb, please allow 2-3 working days between placing the order and drinks to be delivered.

• Once an order has been placed, you should receive an email from the courier company with your unique tracking number, delivery date and time window. Please do check your junk/spam folders, if you haven’t received it in your inbox.

• Someone must be there to receive the parcel: A digital signature/name is required on delivery. Alternatively we can request (although not guarantee) the delivery driver leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour. Please note that parcels not signed for at the delivery address will not be insured against loss or damage. For additional delivery instructions, please add them to the “Delivery Instructions” box on the Checkout page. Please be mindful of this especially when ordering drinks as gifts for others.

• We cannot guarantee next day delivery, due to the nature of shipping bottles, there can be breakages. Courier companies can be affected by external issues such as van breakdowns, fuel shortages, courier depot issues or loss of parcel in transit. In the event your parcel is delayed, please get in touch at [email protected] with your order number asap and we will do everything we can to help resolve any issues.

 

Bank Holidays 2023

• Our warehouses will be closed on Bank Holidays and Weekends.
• Order by Thursday 5th April before 1pm for orders to be dispatched same day via overnight couriers.
• Orders placed on 27th April before 1pm will be dispatched same day to arrive earliest on 28th April Friday.
• Order by 1pm on 4th May for orders to be dispatched same day via overnight couriers to arrive by 5th May in-time for the Coronation of King Charles III.
• Orders placed on 25th May before 1pm will be dispatched same day to arrive earliest on 26th May Friday.
• Orders placed on 24th August before 1pm  will be dispatched on same day to arrive earliest on 25th August Friday.

Even though we do NOT ship via Royal Mail, due to Royal mail strikes and over all transport disruptions, there is an added pressure on couriers. This not only affects us getting your orders to your doorsteps but also for suppliers to get drinks to our warehouse in time. The sooner you buy, the sooner we deliver and the sooner we can restock for our next customers.
