A great low-alcohol alternative to sparkling wine – Gospel Green Rosé Cider is made with 100% Hampshire apples with a kiss of Pinot Noir red grape. Fermented in the same way as the famous champagnes are, this sparkling cider shows aromatics of wild strawberry and hedgerow berries with a hint of floral rosehip. A delicate sparkling rosé cider with a touch of baked apple and a smooth, rounded finish; it pairs really well with fish and duck as much as with red fruits and desserts.
