Langham Culver Classic Cuvée NV

An initial pronounced hit of floral aromas, not dissimilar to walking into a florist, which leads on to notes of fresh, buttery croissants and raspberry jam. On the palate, layers of raspberry yoghurt and apples, but a subtle salinity and danish pastry flavours. What an absolute stunner! Try a bottle with charcuterie platter & smoked cheeses, whilst celebrating life’s special moments.

Meet the Winemaker - Tommy Grimshaw "Our goal is quite simple. We are aiming to produce world class wines that showcase the quality of fruit that we are growing here in our little corner of Dorset, South West England. We question every process from pruning to labelling and challenge ourselves to improve at every stage. The vineyard is managed with a ‘best practice’ mindset which means that we only do what is absolutely necessary as we are very conscious of our surrounding environment and how we are affecting it. In the winery, all of our base wines ferment naturally and they are not fined or filtered at any stage with minimal use of sulphur dioxide. I feel that this approach has allowed us to formulate a distinct Langham style of wines that are rich, complex and well balanced."

"At Langham we don’t work to a specific recipe each year, with our process of wild fermentation it is less easy to predict exact flavours, but that’s all part of the fun! We simply want to make the best wine possible from the fruit grown on our estate, without too much intervention."
