Meet the Winemaker - Tommy Grimshaw "Our goal is quite simple. We are aiming to produce world class wines that showcase the quality of fruit that we are growing here in our little corner of Dorset, South West England. We question every process from pruning to labelling and challenge ourselves to improve at every stage. The vineyard is managed with a ‘best practice’ mindset which means that we only do what is absolutely necessary as we are very conscious of our surrounding environment and how we are affecting it. In the winery, all of our base wines ferment naturally and they are not fined or filtered at any stage with minimal use of sulphur dioxide. I feel that this approach has allowed us to formulate a distinct Langham style of wines that are rich, complex and well balanced."
