Superb value for money French Rose if you want something similar to a Cotes de Provence but not spend a fortune! Lively, vivid pink, with some salmon hints. Attractive, intense aromas with hints of strawberry, crushed red fruit, cherry and drink-me-quick refreshing acidity. Made for Mediterranean food and almost anything from the Ottolenghi recipes, this rose also pairs beautifully with Asian dishes. Beautifully pink, the wine is a blend of Grenache, Carignan, Syrah grapes from South of France

Established in 1971, Véronique and Aimé fell in love with the unspoilt rural setting of the Gassac valley & for nearly five decades, the Guibert family have tended to the vines with unfailing dedication

Meet the Guibert Family - The story began with Véronique and Aimé, the parents and continues today with the second generation at the helm. Brothers Roman, Samuel, Gaël & Basile Guibert look after all aspects of the business - right from winemaking, vineyard management, distribution and even accounts!

"Our greatest strength has been our capacity to live and work together. We have been working at the Mas since the 2000s. After the death of our father, the founder of the Mas de Daumas Gassac, in May 2016, we have taken over complete control of the property. Since then, we have continued our father’s innovative work, increasingly focusing on elegance and freshness rather than more tannic characteristics. Today, the domaine’s spirit is very much one of fraternal camaraderie."
