Meet the Winemaker - Santiago Mayorga - The son of a renowned Mendoza agronomist, he learned as a child to read the secrets of the land. Graduated with honors as an Agronomist at the National University of Cuyo, and with a Postgraduate Degree in Vine Quality Management, Santiago was recognized by Wine Enthusiast as one of the "Now Generation" winemakers who are setting the course for the Argentine wine industry. Fresh, adventurous and owner of an experience that combines classicism and irreverence in a balanced dose, today he personifies all the sophistication and innovative vocation of the wines.
