Oddbird are known for making alcohol-free wines but this time they decided to make source wines made completely organically, without the use of fertiliser, irrigation or spraying, which elevates the taste of the wine as well as protects the area’s high biodiversity of animals, plants and insects & then liberated it from Alcohol! This Merlot & Pinot Noir blend has flavours of blueberries, dark cherries and touch of oak with soft tannins. Give it a go – it’s hangover free!

Meet the Maker - Founder of Oddbird Moa Gürbüzer says “We have created the world’s first natural wines liberated from alcohol, where you actually get to experience the location, nature and climate in which they are grown. The exposed climate on volcanic soil at high altitudes, as well as the organic cultivation, mean that the vines have to work hard. The result is a natural strength in the wines, which are able to survive the dealcoholizing process without losing their unique character.”
