This lightly hazy extra dry golden cider has aromas of autumnal apples, cinnamon bun, mint, orange zest and the palate has a soft bubbles apple, pear, soft tannins, biscuit and brioche. The Queen of the Orchard Cider is perfect drink to enjoy this summer and celebrate Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee. The cider also pairs brilliantly with Sunday roasts & cheese platters!

Made with 75% Spartan and 75% Dabinett cider apples, fermented and matured in French Burgundian oak and American Bourbon barrels bottles in Col Fondo Style

This cider is extra dry in style which means it has 0 grams of sugar with 7% ABV alcohol and bottled in 700ml bottle

Founded in 2011 by Kieron Atkinson, who left the British Army after nine years’ active service to start a new career in English wine & ciders from their farm in Somerset

Decoding the Label

The label denotes the ‘Queen of the Orchard’ who is the guardian of the creatures that live in the orchard: her crown bears the noble chafer beetle, which lives in decaying matter in old orchards, whilst the Queen’s ruff is made of crab apples, and the skull of a ram is the symbol of both Derby as well as a historic apple variety from Derbyshire, the ‘Lamb’s Seedling’, whereas the background of mistletoe represents the plant that thrives in old orchards.
