Radford Dale Thirst Cinsault Red Wine

Thirst-quenching natural light red wine! Radford Dale make this incredibly delicious 100% Cinsault from dry farmed bush vines with roots in sandy soils – this means that the grapes have a concentration of flavours which result in a light red wine yet lots of flavours of cranberry, crunchy dark cherry character, perfumed aromas and grippy tannins. Bottles unfiltered and unfined with minimal intervention, makes it a perfect natural wine to pair with charcuterie or pizzas.

Made from 100% Cinsault grown on the banks of the Moddergat River, Stellenbosh, South Africa

Semi-carbonic maceration methods were used during the natural fermentation, resulting in a wonderfully perfumed fruit expression
