Brewed from Dragonwell, a pan-roasted green tea from the area of Longjing in Zhejiang, China. Being pan-roasted, the tea has nutty notes of straw and hay rather than the typical cut grass notes of green teas

Real is simply fermented tea made by adding water, sugar and a mix of happy bacteria & yeast. Yeast eat the sugar and create alcohol & carbon dioxide and the bacteria eat the alcohol and create organic acids, which means virtually no alcohol & zippy palate-cleansing acidity

REAL Sparkling Tea began in early 2016 when founder, David Begg, had all but given up drinking. A big lover of food, David found he missed the joy of pairing great wine with great food

Health Benefits of fermented tea: With people becoming more conscious of what they are putting into their bodies, the all natural fermentation has many health benefits such as improving gut microbiome which in turn improves digestion, inflammation and energy levels.
